PANCAKE BREAKFAST SUNDAY May 7th!
We are having our annual Pancake Breakfast along with West Chester Friends Meeting to celebrate them being our Charter Organization for another year. Troop 6 has been chartered by the West Chester Society of Friends since the late 1920s. West Chester Friends supplies Troop 6 with excellent facilities, including use of the Friends School’s gymnasium and meeting rooms and storage space for the Troop’s camping equipment.
The breakfast will start at 9:00am this Sunday 5/7 in the Social Room of the Meetinghouse, there will be members of the Meeting joining us. Several of the boys will tell us of their activities and the service to our community that the Troop has done over this last year. It is also a great time to get to meet the people who take the pride to Charter the Troop each year for the last 90 or so years.
