Troop 6 Spring Flower Fundraiser Sale!

Spring Flower Sale 2022
Troop 6 is offering the opportunity to purchase flowers again this spring. Please review the following instructions below:
- INSTRUCTIONS: We’re going ONLINE this year for our orders. Please reach out to your friends, family, neighbors and provide them with THIS LINK (https://troop6bsa.org/flower-sale/) to place their ORDER ONLINE. Once they place their order online, Troop 6 will receive it and send them an email invoice from Paypal where they can make an online payment. It’s important that they select the proper scout name on the form when placing the order so that proper credit is received. In the event a customer does not have online access or can’t fill out the online form, Scouts can collect their information by downloading this spreadsheet and placing the order online for them from this page.
- IMPORTANT DATES – Orders due by April 18th, with pick up on Saturday, April 30th from 9am – 1pm. Delivery of your orders to customers before Sunday, May 8th (Mother’s Day).
- PAYMENT – Once an order is received online Troop 6 will email an invoice to your customer thru Paypal where they can pay online via a variety of methods (credit card, bank, paypal funds, etc.). If your customer prefers to pay with a check or cash please bring payment to our Scout Meeting on 4/18/2022.
- PICKUP & DELIVERY – All Scouts are responsible for pickup of their flower orders on Saturday, April 23rd at Brandywine Heating & Cooling; 917 Old Fern Hill Road, #300; West Chester, PA 19380 in the rear parking lot from 9am – 1pm. Volunteers are needed to pick up the orders from the Nursery (see below).

- SCOUT ACCOUNTS – All profits are applied to the selling scout’s Scout account for personal scouting use.
- SCOUT NOTE – Troop 6 does not encourage door-to-door sales, particularly in unfamiliar areas. Please reach out to family, friends, & neighbors!
- VOLUNTEERS – Troop 6 will need volunteers to pick up the flowers at the nursery. Please consider helping with pick-up at the nursery the week of April 25th – the pick-up day is flexible and we can choose a date based on volunteer availability. Mini-van’s, large vehicles and covered trailers are very useful. Pick-up can be arranged during daytime or evening hours during the week…. Please email Chris Brutsche with days/times that you are able to assist! Our mum sale keeps growing and numerous trips to the nursery are required to bring the full order back into town. The nursery is a gorgeous destination – a beautiful fall drive west on 322 to East Earl, PA and a wonderful family run nursery to look around (and shop) when you get there – it’s a fun trip – but difficult to fit 5+ trips into 1 day to get the full order back! Even if you only have a few hours to spare and can just make 1 trip, it will be greatly appreciated!
