The scouts need to get creative to incorporate the mystery ingredient into their menu and they utilize the skills of budgeting\, planning\, and teamwork to name a few. THE SCOUTS TOUR THE USNA GROUNDS ON SATURDAY MORNING BEFORE GOING TO THE STADIUM FOR NAVYFEST & THE FOOTBALL GAME. THE BRIGADE OF MIDSHIPMEN MARCH FROM THE ACADEMY GROUNDS TO THE STADIUM THROUGH THE STREETS OF ANNAPOLIS\, MD.
